5. Delivery

The average delivery time is 4-6 business days, depending on the availability of the product and the chosen shipping options. The stated delivery times are indicative and cannot be considered as fatal terms. Plug-N-Play © is not liable for delays caused by third parties, such as delivery services.

 

 

6. Shipping costs

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days after receipt of the order without giving any reason, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The product must unused be and may not have been turned on or used. Our professionals are able to determine this.
• The original packaging must be undamaged.

If the product has been used, we cannot accept returns. You must notify us in writing of the return via our contact form or by email. The costs for returning the products are for the account of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of a successful return, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned products using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

 

 

8. Warranty

All products sold by Plug-N-Play © are covered by a legal warranty of 2 years , as prescribed by European law. Within this period we guarantee that our products meet the usual requirements of usability and reliability.

Please note: The warranty is not applicable in the following cases:

• Drop damage : damage caused by dropping the product.
• Water Damage : Damage caused by exposure to water or other liquids, unless the product is classified as waterproof.
• Improper use or negligence : damage caused by incorrect use, for example incorrect connection or careless maintenance.

If your product shows a defect within the warranty period that is not caused by misuse or external factors, we offer a free repair or replacement. In that case, please contact us to report the problem and discuss further steps.

 

 

9. Liability

Plug-N-Play © is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the products supplied by us, unless this damage is caused by intent or gross negligence of Plug-N-Play ©. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential damage, lost profit or loss of data.

In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes or other events beyond our control, Plug-N-Play © has the right to suspend or cancel the performance of the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.
