How can I contact you for questions about my product?
The best way to contact us is by email. We are available on workdays from 09:00 to 17:00. We aim to respond the same workday.

I am not satisfied with my product, what now?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always take advantage of our return policy. Visit our Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy page for detailed information on returning products.

How can I return a product?
To return a product, please follow the steps on our 'Exchanges & Returns' page. Please ensure you stay within the 14 day return period and that the product is in unused condition.

 

 

Orders:

Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not been shipped, you can change or cancel it. To do this, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Where is my order?
After placing your order, it takes 1 business day to process it. The delivery time for orders within The United Kingdom then takes 5-8 business days, provided you have ordered before 23:00. If the delivery time has expired, please contact our customer service.

Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your Track & Trace code. Also check your spam folder if you can't find the email. Please note that it sometimes takes a while before the Track & Trace link becomes active.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order with the Track & Trace code that you received by email. Use the link in the email to go directly to our Track & Trace page and see the current status of your order.
