Processing of orders

After placing your order, it usually takes 1 business day to process the order.

Delivery times

The average delivery time within The United Kingdom 5-8 working days, provided the order is placed before 23:00. During busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Postage costs

Shipping costs are free for all orders within the UK.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to track your order. Please note that it may take a few hours before the Track & Trace link becomes active.

 

 

2. Return Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, provided that the product meets the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and not turned on or put into use. Our professionals can determine if a product has been put into use.
• The original packaging must be undamaged.

Return procedure

To register a return , please send an email to plugnplay.service.contact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. After approval of your request, you will receive the return instructions and the return address. The costs for returning products are for the account of the customer.

 

 

3. Refund Policy

Refund conditions

Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you a confirmation by email. If the product meets the return conditions (unused, in original condition and packaging), you will receive the full purchase amount back within 14 days via the same payment method with which the original payment was made.

Warranty Claims

Products that are within the warranty period of 2 years defective due to material or manufacturing defects, can be returned for repair or replacement. Damage due to misuse, such as falling or water damage, is not covered by the warranty. Contact us for further instructions on warranty claims.
