These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Plug-N-Play ©. By placing an order through our website, you accept these terms and conditions. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing with us.

 

2. Offers and prices

All offers and prices mentioned on the website are non-binding and can be changed at any time by Plug-N-Play © will be changed. We do our best to avoid any price changes and errors, but Plug-N-Play © is not liable for typographical errors or mistakes in the price indication.

 

3. Orders and agreement

An order is final when you have received a confirmation email. Plug-N-Play © coordinates the processing and shipping through external suppliers. Plug-N-Play © reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information before accepting the order. If an order is refused, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payments.

 

4. Payments

Payments must be made at the time of ordering using the available payment methods on the website. If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be processed.

 

5. Delivery

Upon receipt of a payment, your order will be processed and shipped by our external suppliers. The average delivery time is 6-12 working days, depending on product availability and the chosen shipping options. The stated delivery times are indicative and cannot be considered as fatal deadlines. Plug-N-Play © acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as suppliers or delivery services.

 

6. Shipping costs

The shipping costs will be stated during the checkout process and depend on the chosen shipping option and the destination of the package. Shipping costs are charged separately unless otherwise stated.

 

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reasons, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The product must be unused and must not have been turned on or put into use. Our professionals are able to determine this.
• The original packaging must be undamaged.

If the product has been used, we cannot accept a return. You must notify us in writing about the return via our contact form or by email.

Return address:
Returns must be sent to the address of our external supplier in the third country where the product originally comes from. The specific return address will be provided by us after receiving your return request. The costs for returning the products are fully borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Upon a successful return, you will receive the full purchase amount back within 14 days after receiving the returned products via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

 

8. Warranty

All products that are offered by Plug-N-Play © are sold, fall under a legal warranty of 2 years, as prescribed by European legislation. Within this period, we guarantee that our products meet the usual requirements of usability and reliability.

Note: The warranty is not applicable in the following cases:

• Damage: damage caused by dropping the product.
• Water damage: damage due to exposure to water or other liquids, unless the product is classified as waterproof.
• Incorrect use or negligence: damage due to improper use, such as incorrect connection or careless maintenance.

If your product shows a defect within the warranty period that is not caused by misuse or external factors, we will coordinate a free repair or replacement with the supplier. In that case, please contact us to report the issue and discuss further steps.

 

9. Liability

Plug-N-Play © is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the products we supply, unless this damage is caused by intent or gross negligence of Plug-N-Play ©. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount paid for the respective product. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential damage, lost profits, or loss of data.

 

10. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, or other events beyond our control, has Plug-N-Play © the right to suspend or cancel the execution of the agreement without any obligation for compensation.

 

11. Intellectual property

All texts, images, designs, and other content on the website of Plug-N-Play © are the property of YT Technical Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our express written permission.

 

12. Privacy

Plug-N-Play © respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with our privacy policyWe will only use your data to process orders and for marketing purposes if you have given your consent for that.

 

13. Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint about our products or services, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. We will do our best to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction within a reasonable time frame.

 

14. Disputes and applicable law

On all agreements between Plug-N-Play © and Dutch law applies to the customer. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

 

15. International shipping and import duties

Plug-N-Play © works with international suppliers for the shipment of products. The delivery of goods is done directly from a third country and is handled by our external suppliers.

Please note the following:

• Import duties and VAT: As a customer, you are responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, and other charges that may be levied by customs upon receipt of the goods. Plug-N-Play © is not responsible for these costs.
• Shipping: Since the goods are shipped directly from the third country, they are not imported by Plug-N-Play © into the Netherlands or any other country.
• Risk of delays or additional costs: Although we strive for fast and careful delivery, delays or additional costs (such as customs fees) may occur during import. These costs and risks are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
